Freshly baked rhubarb cake like pie - it's a mini version - which is perfect for 1 - 2 people.  Our rhubarb pies are made from scratch using my own organically grown rhubarb. Support the environment, purchase locally grown food and enjoy freshly harvested produce.  Top it off with whipped topping or some vanilla ice cream.
