I'm trying to think of very strong and compelling words to use describing the ribs but nothing comes to mind except that I have had my share of ribs in many restaurants and in many different states and these ribs are by far, and I mean by far the best ribs I've ever had, period! Freeze them and reheat slowly in the oven and their just as good as if they were right off the grill. I don't know how you guys are doing it and quite frankly I don't care, just please don't stop doing it. They are meaty, not too salty, not too spicy, in fact not really spicy at all, just full of flavor that leaves you craving more of this fall off the bone gem. Who knew that the best BBQ comes from around the corner in Mendon and not from Boston. First the boneless buffalo wings which are just as unbelievable, and now the ribs. The Finest Gourmet is my new drug of choice. Sounds like I'm being paid by someone but no, I literally don't know a sole that works there. If you like ribs at all, you are sadly making a mistake if you don't try theirs, that's all I can say.
